Mugshots

In my visual research, I stumbled upon an amazing collection of historic mugshots from an Australian prison, all taken in the 1920s. Here are some that I find most compelling for our play. This guy is actually a female "con artist," originally named Eugenia, who passed as a man for most of her adult life. WILD.
